The following terms and conditions will guide the return and replacement policy of Snatch Books-
If you want to return a book, you can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery of book/books via email- snatchbooks@gmail.com or Whatsapp +91 7838474592
If you want to replace a book, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery of book/books via email- snatchbooks@gmail.com or Whatsapp +91 7838474592. If another copy is not available, the amount for the same will be refunded.
Both return and replacement cost will be borne by Snatch Books, and the customer doesn’t require to pay any amount for the same for order upto 2499. For orders above 2499, 10% return charges would be charged.
Customer needs to print label in cases of Return (our team will send the softcopy of the label)
Payment (in case of return) will be credited after we receive the books (2-3 days for Delhi NCR, 5-6 days for rest of India)
Conditions in which the return/replacement won’t be accepted-
The time limit of 24 hours/7 days is over.
Damages due to misuse of book
Book/Books not returned in the original condition.
