This textbook provides a comprehensive overview of the pathophysiology and clinical features of various medical conditions, and offers guidance on how to diagnose and manage them. It is also known for its easy-to-read format and beautiful illustrations. The latest edition, the 23rd edition, has been updated to include a new section on emergency and critical care medicine, as well as new chapters on maternal and adolescent/transition medicine. I also found out that each copy of this edition has a Genuine Elsevier Product seal that allows readers to authenticate their book by scanning the label with a smartphone app and entering the unique ID code.
